A coffeeshop in the Netherlands isn't allowed to advertise. No menu, no prices, no call to buy. People do search every day for the rules, and whether tourists can get in. The old site had opening hours, house rules and a gallery.
A bilingual site in Astro, Dutch and English. A legal check runs inside the build. A shopping cart, price list or order button blocks the release. Articles carry a publish date and go live on their own with a daily rebuild. Every build reports new pages to Bing and Yandex through IndexNow.
Positions and clicks come from Search Console, per week. Visits come from Vercel Web Analytics, which counts without cookies. The technical check covered 96 pages after launch.
The knowledge articles get impressions but no clicks yet: they sit at positions 26 to 90. The contact page had 307 impressions and 0 clicks. 612 visitors came in via google.com, against 182 search clicks. The gap probably comes from Maps; that is not confirmed.
