blokwerk takes care with your data. This statement explains which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.
blokwerk is a digital studio from Amsterdam. blokwerk is a trade name, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88807797, VAT identification number NL004657139B07. Registered office: Zwarte Ring 59, 1567 ED Assendelft. Office: Rhoneweg 54H, 1043 AH Amsterdam. Contact runs through the contact form on this site or via cerezo@blokwerk.studio.
If you fill in the contact form, we process what you provide yourself. Your name, email address and the content of your message. Optionally your company name and phone number.
To deliver that message we use Resend (email processor). The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) needed to show and secure the site.
If you request the free check, we receive the web address and the email address you enter, also via Resend. We use them to measure your website and send you the result. Nothing on your site changes.
We use your data only to respond to your request and to discuss and carry out any project. Legal basis: the performance of (or steps prior to) a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to contact requests.
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If it becomes an assignment, for as long as the assignment and statutory retention obligations require. After that we delete it.
We never sell your data. We only share it with processors needed to deliver the service. Vercel for hosting and cookieless visitor statistics, Resend for email, Ahrefs for cookieless visitor statistics. If you consent to analytics, Google and Microsoft are added. Only for that purpose, never for anything else.
By default this site sets no tracking cookies. Functional storage (such as remembering that you have seen the intro screen) is needed for the site to work. Analytical measurement only happens with your consent.
We count visits with Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Ahrefs Web Analytics. These three set no cookies, store no profile and do not follow you to other websites. They tell us how many people visit, through which page, and how fast the site loads for them. Because nothing about you is stored, we do not ask consent for this.
If you say yes, we load three extra tools. Google Analytics 4 shows which pages lead to a request. Google Ads counts whether a request followed a click on an ad; we build no profile with it and show you no ads on other sites. Microsoft Clarity makes an anonymised recording of mouse movements and clicks. This shows us where people get stuck; text you type is masked by default.
If you say no, or make no choice, none of the three is loaded. No request at all goes to Google or Microsoft.
