The A'DAM VR floor ran on a checklist in Word and a separate control for every part. Now it all sits in one app on phone, tablet and front desk: bookings, hall, tech and the daily report.

One screen for the whole floor.
A'DAM VR has 14 racing rigs, a wall, hall lighting and nine screens in the park. Every part had its own control. The closing report was a checklist in Word.
An app with five tabs.
Checkpoint runs on phone, tablet and the front-desk PC, behind a PIN. Today shows the group bookings from HubSpot, with who still has to pay. Hall sets lighting and show control. Tech shows per machine whether it reports in. Report is the old checklist, with an email on a defect. The fifth tab is Race OS, the racing system.

Every machine reports into its own table. Bookings come straight from HubSpot. The screens run on a server in the park, not in the cloud.
